A cleanup pass on Analytics. Agent, Number, and Queue performance now live in tidy, sortable tables — and every number comes with a plain-English explanation when you hover it, so you always know exactly what you're looking at. Plus a few fixes to the call detail popup.
📊 Improved — Analytics
- → Sortable performance tables — The big cards on Agent, Number, and Queue analytics are now compact tables. Click any column to instantly rank by it (most calls, best answer rate, longest talk time, and more).
- → Hover for an explanation — Not sure what a number means? Hover any metric and a quick tooltip tells you exactly what it counts.
- → Inbound vs outbound per agent — Each agent now shows their answered calls split into inbound and outbound, right in the row.
- → More trustworthy durations — "Average Duration" now reflects real talk time on answered calls, so the numbers actually make sense at a glance.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- → Call Logs filters & paging — In the "View Calls" popup, filtering and page navigation now work together reliably — switching pages keeps your filters, and the page count matches what you've filtered to.
- → Export to CSV now works — The export button in the call detail popup actually downloads your calls. Added a one-click "Clear filters" and Busy/Failed call filters too.
- → Cleaner call detail view — Color-coded call direction and status, plus tidied-up formatting throughout the popup.
