- → AI Call Summaries — Every call you make or receive now gets an AI-generated summary that appears right in your message thread. A two-sentence read of what the call was about, what was decided, and any follow-up that came out of it — all without listening to the recording or scrolling through a transcript. Works automatically on any call long enough to summarize, as long as call transcription is turned on for your account (an admin can enable it from your account settings if you're not seeing summaries appear).
- → Action items, pulled out for you — When someone commits to a follow-up on a call ("I'll send the quote by Friday," "Call back next week with pricing," "Email me the contract today"), it shows up as a clear numbered list under the call summary. No more re-listening to a recording trying to remember what you promised.
- → Call outcomes at a glance — Every summary includes a one-line outcome — what was decided, resolved, or left open by the time the call ended. Skim a thread of calls with one customer and instantly see where each conversation landed.
- → Sentiment badges on every call — Calls that ended on a positive, negative, or mixed note now show a small colored badge right next to the call title. Scan a thread and spot the calls that need follow-up attention without opening anything. Hover the badge for a quick explanation.
- → Smarter sentiment analysis — Call sentiment now reads the conversation as a whole instead of judging single phrases out of context. A polite-sounding agent who didn't resolve the issue isn't marked positive; a frustrated customer who left happy isn't marked negative. The label reflects how the call actually went.
- → Your existing calls are covered too — We've gone back through the last 30 days of transcribed calls and added AI summaries, action items, and sentiment automatically. Open a conversation from a week ago and you'll see the same AI insights as a brand-new call (calls without transcription enabled at the time aren't included).

Audio player and key call stats (participants, talk time, words/min, sentiment) now sit together in one compact panel at the top, with the AI recap right below in a unified panel instead of two stacked cards.
- → Faster conversation loading — We trimmed down the data sent to your browser when loading a conversation. Threads with lots of calls now load noticeably faster, and scrolling through your message history feels lighter overall.
- → Tidier call bubbles — Audio player and Transcript button now share a single row, so each call takes less vertical space in a thread. More of your conversation fits on screen.
- → Clearer empty states — When a call doesn't have any obvious follow-up tasks, the recap now says "No action items from this call" instead of just hiding the section silently.
