🚀 New Features
  • AI Activity page — A brand-new page under AI & Automation that brings every AI conversation across your account into one place. Whether your AI handled a phone call or a text message, it shows up in a single chronological feed with the full transcript a click away. No more digging through call history one record at a time.
  • Filter by multiple agents at once — On the AI Activity page you can now select any combination of agents to compare performance side-by-side, or zero in on a specific team or deployment. Pick one, two, or as many as you need.
  • Voice Calls in the Agent Sessions panel — When you open an AI agent's details, the Sessions panel now includes a Voice Calls tab alongside Chat Sessions. Every call that agent has handled, with the full conversation timeline and tool activity.
  • Export AI activity — Download any filtered set of AI conversations as a CSV (perfect for spreadsheets) or a JSON file (for your own analysis or sharing with your team). Includes transcripts, agent decisions, and the actions your AI took on each conversation.

🐛 Bug Fixes
  • Accurate AI Agents total — The total agent count at the bottom of the AI Agents page is now correct no matter which page of the list you're viewing.
  • Accurate AI Activity totals — When you filter by date range on the AI Activity page, the total count now reflects only the conversations in that range, instead of including older history.
