As part of industry-wide efforts to improve A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging compliance, all 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging campaigns now require manual vetting before approval.
🔍 What Does This Mean for You?
- All new campaigns go through a manual review process before they can send traffic.
- This review can take at least 10 business days (but may take longer).
- Until approved, campaigns remain in Pending status and cannot send messages.
- If a campaign is declined, adjustments will be needed before resubmission.
💡 Best Practices to Avoid Delays:
✅ Ensure your campaign details are accurate – all consent methods, message content, and opt-in processes must follow carrier guidelines.
✅ Register early to account for the review period and avoid disruptions.
✅ Check your campaign status regularly and make any necessary updates promptly if a revision is required.
✅ Avoid multiple resubmissions – make all necessary edits before re-submitting to prevent additional review cycles.
🚦 What Happens After Approval? Once a campaign is fully approved, phone numbers can be assigned, and messages can begin sending through the Voice360 Network. However, additional provisioning steps may be required with carriers, which can take extra time.
