How to Use
Automatic Detection
Once logged in, the extension automatically scans web pages for phone numbers. When it finds one, it adds a small phone icon (📞) next to the number, making it clickable.
The extension recognizes phone numbers in various formats:
- (555) 123-4567
- 555-123-4567
- +1 555 123 4567
- 5551234567
Making a Call
Simply click on any detected phone number (or the phone icon next to it). You'll see a notification indicating the call is being initiated.
Refreshing Detection
If phone numbers aren't being detected on a page (sometimes happens with dynamic content):
- Click the Voice360 extension icon
- Click "Show advanced options"
- Click "Refresh Phone Detection"
How Calls Work
When you click a phone number, here's what happens:
- Voice360 calls you first - Your phone will ring (on your Voice360 extension or configured device)
- You answer - Pick up your phone when it rings
- Voice360 dials the number - Once you answer, the system automatically connects you to the number you clicked
Make sure your Voice360 extension or phone is configured and ready to receive calls before using Click2Dial. The call will come to whatever device is set up in your Voice360 account.
