Only users with Administrative privileges have the ability to generate API Keys. To generate a key, simple log into the Voice360 Portal and navigate to ‘Your Phone System’ -> General Settings -> API Keys. From here, you can add a new key by clicking the ‘Add Key’ button. Select the user this key should be assigned to and then click Save.
