Enhancements
Live Panel
You can now Listen, Barge or Whisper when a user is on a call and the permissions have been assigned.
The Queues Panel now shows any incoming calls that are currently on hold including their position, and time on hold.
Analytics
Improvements in the reports such as displaying the Queue and Filtering by Queue have been made.
Granular Permissions
You can now assign specific permissions (pages) to users instead of giving them full access.
