Voice360 Release Notes 🔄

We’ve made several enhancements to improve your experience and ensure smoother operations. Here’s what’s new in this release:


🔧 UI Enhancements

  • Improved Navigation: We’ve streamlined key pages, making them easier to navigate so you can get to what you need faster.
  • Faster Performance: Certain pages now load quicker, offering a more responsive user experience.

📞 Queues: “Ring in Use” Feature

  • New Option – “Ring in Use”: You now have the ability to call agents even when they’re already on a call. This keeps your team flexible and ensures no time is lost waiting for agents to become available.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Web Phone Device Selection: Resolved an issue where computers with multiple audio devices could select the wrong headset. The correct device will now always be chosen for calls.
  • Queue Agent Calls: Fixed a bug that prevented proper call routing to agents on the phone. With the “Ring in Use” feature, you can now decide if agents should receive calls when busy.
