Enhancements

Funnels

You can now modify the name of a funnel.

 

Smart Campaigns
You can now filter individual Smart Campaign Tasks/Logs
Importing Contact Jobs now shows time in user’s own time zone.
Resolved issue when duplicating a SmartCampaign.
 
Contacts
You can now filter by opted-out Contacts.

Resolved an issue with removing a number from a Contact.
 
Messages
Added additional Error Descriptions for clarity on undelivered messages.
You can now archive messages rather than deleting messages.
New shortcuts have been added when hovering over a Message Thread.
If a user responds with “STOP” they will automatically be Opted-Out. You can add additional keywords in General Settings page.
Forwarded calls now display additional information to help understand what occurred.


10DLC
The 10DLC Settings page has been updated for additional clarity.
