Issues that were resolved in this release:
- Fixed issue with downloading voicemails.
- Fixed issue with navigating different pages in Call History and Voicemail pages.
- Fixed issue with devices having Call Forwarding enabled and also part of Queue. The system will no longer forward calls from devices and ignore these requests. Call forwarding must be done through the portal or app.

Call Reports
Call reports have been improved drastically; new metrics such as call volume per hour and a new interface have been introduced.
Text To Speech
Additional options such as gender have been added improving our Text To Speech services.
Portal Updates
Minor changes have been made improving the speed and readability when navigating the pages on the VOICE360 App.
